Straits Consultancy is proud to be associated with the Singapore Memory Project, which aims to compile the “History of Singapore” from the experiences of the everyday Singaporean, to be shared with present and future generations of Singaporeans. This is a national initiative in preparation to celebrate Singapore's 50th year of Independence in 2015.

In partnership with the National Library Board of Singapore, Straits Consultancy is the official trainer for memory agents. We conduct dedicated workshops to provide participants with a methodology to enable them to collate and record Singapore-related memories more effectively from their family, friends and those interested in contributing stories. Besides tapping on our experience and research in heritage and genealogy, we also teach neuro-linguistic programming principles which are adapted specially for the the Singapore Memory Project.
